In recent weeks, there's been some fruit-inspired baking happening in our kitchen, plus a little jelly-making too:
Rhubarb Cornmeal Cake - Super moist, not too sweet, and perfect with a big cup of tea.
Plum Cake - helped us through an overcast Sunday afternoon. Everyone was feeling a bit tired and grumpy!
Pear jelly with apricots and mandarins. I thought this would be a good way of cooling the kids down and filling them up with delicious stone-fruit, but they weren't nearly as keen on it as I was!
